He met up with us at our hotel the night before our tour of MachuPichu and gave great advice to tackle altitude sickness. He got the hotel way before time….(early morning 5.30am!) and had all the information ready. We had a great tour of Machupichu, he was well mannered and patient in explaining and answering all our questions. The highlight were the guides for each part of the trip. In Cucco, Effy (sp) was friendly and provided quite a bit of information about the history of the country and all of the sites we visited. Our guide, Carlos, in Aguas Calientes, was simply INCREDIBLE! He was extremely informative and patient as we explored. He took great pictures of us at different points, and he was a joy to spend the early morning hours with for this tour. Both of these guides were fantastic, but Carlos was honestly one of the best tour guides we have ever had. If you book this tour, ask for these gentlemen.

We design the experience for cohorts of 6–20 leaders. This ensures intimate, meaningful group dynamics while maintaining the energy of a shared team experience. Larger groups can be accommodated with a custom design consultation.

Are flights included?

International flights to Cusco, Peru are not included in the investment price. Our team provides recommended routing, airline partners, and travel logistics guidance. Ground transportation within Peru from Cusco airport is fully included.

What visa requirements apply for Peru?

Most nationalities (including USA, Canada, UK, EU, and Australia) do not require a visa for tourist entry to Peru for stays under 90 days. We provide a full logistics and travel preparation guide to all registered participants. For other nationalities, we provide individual guidance.

The Sacred Valley (Cusco region) is one of Peru's most visited and well-supported tourism destinations.
